Serge started his career in 2009 in Abidjan, as a sales technician for Le Millenium Assurances IARD (now SUNU Assurances) in charge of portfolio development. In 2010, he joined the brokerage firm H2A Côte d'Ivoire where he held the position of the corporate portfolio manager. In March 2012, he was assigned to Burkina Faso for the opening of the subsidiary H2A Burkina. He was subsequently recruited by Omega Assur, in July 2015, as sales manager. He held the position of Chief Operating Officer until April 2018. In May 2018, he became Managing Director of OLEA Burkina Faso. Serge holds a DUT in Commerce and Business Administration - Insurance option from the National Polytechnic Institute of Yamoussoukro in Ivory Coast obtained in 2007.
