Fritzgerald is a seasoned corporate insurance broking and risk management professional with over twenty-five years industry experience.
He started his career in 1996 at Sedgwicks Botswana in an insurance broking sales role. Sedgwicks Botswana was later acquired by Marsh and McLennan in 2001. Through his determination and commitment to continuous professional development, Fritzgerald rose through the ranks of the organisation to holding the position of Deputy Managing Director. When Marsh Botswana acquired the insurance division of Alexander Forbes Risk Services Botswana in 2012, he was subsequently appointed the Managing Director of the amalgamated company, two years into the acquisition.
He joined OLEA in 2025 following the acquisition of Marsh Botswana by OLEA.
Fritzgerald holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the University of Derby (UK). He also holds a number of other professional qualifications in marketing, insurance and risk management.
