From 18 to 22 May 2026, OLEA brought together the Group’s Managing Directors and employees from its various holding companies in Hammamet, Tunisia, for its annual conference.

The programme combined plenary presentations with hands-on workshops over five days. Discussions covered a wide range of business lines and support functions across the Group, including finance, IT, Human Resources, mining, communication and marketing. There were also discussions about the challenges associated with the adoption of AI in both the corporate and insurance sectors, together with other strategic topics relevant to the Group’s development.

The delegates attended dedicated workshops focusing on business development, employee benefits and IT tools and the opportunity to connect, share insights and collaborate across the Group's different teams and businesses.

We know it can’t be ‘all work and no play,’ so apart from the working sessions, this annual gathering also included team-building activities and social events, helping to strengthen relationships and foster closer connections among colleagues from across the continent.
As always, there was the annual awards ceremony, recognising several subsidiaries for their achievements and performance over the past year.
The 9th OLEA Conference further cemented its status as a cornerstone event for OLEA teams, providing a valuable platform for collaboration, strategic alignment and sharing expertise across the Group.
