Stephen is a seasoned Insurance Executive with over 18 years of experience in insurance broking. He brings a strategic mix of financial discipline, risk management expertise, and deep industry knowledge to the firm. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA–UK), an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (ACIIG) and holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes (USA).
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Education (Social Sciences—Accounting & Business Management) from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He has also completed a CII-accredited training in Energy Insurance & Risk Management through Marsh, and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Malta International Training Centre, facilitated by the Ghana Insurance College. Under his leadership, OLEA M&G has achieved major milestones in client acquisition, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
He currently serves as the Vice President of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ghana (IBAG), playing a significant role in industry advocacy and capacity building.
